Office ofTransfer & Articulation
Through the coordination of the CSCU Transfer Council, we are taking a collaborative approach to provide equitable solutions on eliminating transfer barriers and increasing transfer student success within CSCU institutions. By focusing on and raising awareness of our transfers student population, our objectives are to facilitate communication between institutions, increase transfer credit mobility, and promote best practices to provide a seamless transition from one CSCU institution to another. By providing consistent practices and increasing transparency throughout the CSCU System, we will be driving toward the overall goal of guiding students toward academic success regardless of where they start their journey.

- CSCU four-year institution Provosts will sign and submit the template to the CSCU Provost
- CSCU four-year institution Provosts will provide a copy of the signed template to the institution’s Registrar or appropriate staff who oversees their transfer course equivalency data
- Course to course equivalencies or appropriate attributes to CT State courses in CSCU four-year institutions’ SIS for articulation to the assigned categories will be completed
- Extensions may be provided for institutions who are editing their current General Education Requirements
