CSCU to Participate in a National Moment of Silence for Umpqua Community College

Students, faculty and staff at the 17 Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) will participate in a National Moment of Silence in honor of the shooting victims at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. 

WHEN — Thursday, Oct. 8, 2 p.m.

WHAT — As a show of solidarity and support for the Umpqua Community College community, CSCU faculty, staff and students will join with the American Association of Community Colleges and colleges nationwide by observing a moment of silence as UCC begins the process of healing their campus community. #IamUCC
